Pricing and trial

How much does granvl cost?

The Starter plan is $89 a month. It includes unlimited funnels and pages, unlimited Meta ads and split tests, unlimited connected domains, and hosting and analytics. See Manage your plan, trial, and billing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A new workspace gets a 7-day free trial with no payment method required. The header shows how many days are left. A website-only workspace, created from granvl's website sign-up page, has no trial: building the site is free, and publishing it needs the $5 a month Website plan. See Build and publish a brand website.

What happens when the trial ends?

The dashboard and your agent pause until a plan is active. You see a Free trial ended screen, Settings stays open so you can pick a plan, and agent tool calls return a message instead of running. Your published pages keep serving and leads keep delivering in the meantime. An owner or admin chooses a plan under Settings > Billing.

Tool credits

What are Tool credits?

One pool of credits that pays for everything your agent runs through granvl: research reports, competitor ad and landing page research, keyword research, image and video generation, and hosted analysis. Each call costs the provider's price plus a small margin. See Use Tool credits for research and generation.

How do I see my balance or buy more?

Click the credits counter in the dashboard header, or ask your agent to run get_credits. Your plan includes monthly credits that reset each month. Owners and admins can buy packs from the same counter. Purchased credits are spent after your monthly credits and don't expire.

Why did my agent say it can't spend credits?

The spend guard checks every credit-spending call: your role, how fast the workspace is spending, a daily call allowance, and a daily credit limit. The refusal message says which one applied. See Troubleshoot common granvl issues.

Are SMS verification credits the same as Tool credits?

No. Verification credits are a separate pool for SMS phone verification and for email and phone validation beyond the 100 of each included every month. See Validate phone numbers and email addresses.

Agents

Which agents work with granvl?

Claude (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and claude.ai), ChatGPT (the ChatGPT app and Codex CLI), Grok Bot, Cursor, and any other client that supports MCP. Open MCP in the sidebar and click Set up next to your agent. See Connect your agent.

What's the server URL?

https://app.granvl.com/api/mcp. Most agents sign in through your browser. Clients that need a token use an API key from the MCP page.

Do I need the granvl skill?

Yes. The skill tells your agent how granvl pages, forms, and tracking work. Pages built without it still serve, but conversions can be tracked wrong. See Install and verify the granvl skill.

Why does my agent only see some tools?

The tool list is tiered. Core tools are always listed, and the Meta Ads and Google Ads build tools appear once you connect an ad account. Tools that aren't listed still run when your agent calls them by name. See the MCP tool reference.

Lead data

Where are my leads stored?

In the tools you connect, such as your CRM, webhook, or lead distributor. Submissions go from the visitor's browser straight to those destinations. See Set up forms and lead delivery.

What does granvl keep?

granvl never stores contact details: names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, postal codes, or dates of birth. Email and phone become salted one-way digests used only to spot duplicates. Answers that aren't contact details, such as quiz selections or coverage amounts, are kept for 180 days. Free text is never stored. See Understand how granvl handles lead data.

What if my CRM was down and leads didn't arrive?

If your workspace has lead receipts turned on, the visitor's browser also saves an encrypted copy of each submission for 21 days, and a workspace admin can ask granvl to recover leads your integration failed to deliver. Receipts are off unless you turn them on. See Recover undelivered leads with lead receipts.

Ads

Which ad platforms does granvl work with?

Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search and Demand Gen). Connect them under Settings > Meta Ads and Settings > Google Ads. granvl syncs spend and joins it to the leads your pages record. See Connect ad accounts and read performance.

Can my agent launch ads?

Your agent can build campaigns, ad sets, ad groups, and ads, but everything is created paused. You turn it on in Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads. Daily budgets are capped by Settings > Ad Guardrails.

Why don't granvl and Meta or Google show the same numbers?

They count different things. Ad platforms use their own attribution windows and modeled conversions, while granvl counts the visits and leads it records on your pages and leaves out bot traffic. See Troubleshoot common granvl issues.

Testing

How do I run an A/B test?

Ask your agent to add variants to a page and set the traffic split. Results show per variant on the funnel's Overview tab. See Run and evaluate an A/B test.

How do I test a funnel without sending real leads?

Ask your agent for a test-drive link. For 24 hours it opens your live pages in test mode: forms submit and the full flow runs, but nothing goes to your destinations, no pixels fire, and the visits are tagged as test. Ask your agent to clean up the test data when you're done.

Create a test-drive link for my funnel so I can walk through it, then clean up the test data afterwards.

How do I check that leads reach my CRM?

Send a test lead. In the funnel's Delivery tab, edit a GoHighLevel or Webhook destination and click Send test lead, or ask your agent to run send_test_lead. A test-drive submission doesn't prove delivery, because it never reaches your destinations. See Map form fields to your destinations.

Domains

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, and you can connect as many as you like. Add one under Settings > Domains, then add the DNS records it shows at your DNS provider. A subdomain such as go.yourbrand.com uses a CNAME record. See Connect a custom domain.

How long does verification take?

Most DNS providers update within minutes, but it can take up to an hour. Open the domain's Manage drawer and click Verify now on the DNS tab. SSL is set up automatically after verification.

Cancelling

How do I cancel?

An owner or admin opens Settings > Billing and clicks Manage subscription, then cancels in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and the plan shows Cancels at period end until then.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email [email protected] for a full refund. After that, there are no prorated refunds for unused time.

What happens to my pages after I cancel?

When the paid period ends, the dashboard and your agent pause the same way they do after a trial. Published pages keep serving and leads keep delivering while the workspace is paused, and choosing a plan again brings everything back.
