granvl has one plan for the full product, Starter, at $89 a month (USD). Website-only workspaces use the Website plan, $5 a month, instead (see The Website plan below). Every workspace has its own plan, and billing runs through Stripe. You manage it in Settings > Billing.
Before you begin
Only a workspace Owner or Admin can choose a plan, buy credits, or change billing. Members see the note "Billing is managed by your workspace owner or admin."
If you belong to several workspaces, check the workspace switcher at the bottom of the sidebar first. Billing applies to the active workspace only.
What Starter includes
The plan card describes Starter as "The full platform: build, publish, split-test, analytics, integrations, and your agent connected over MCP and API." It lists:

Safety limits
"Unlimited" means funnels, ads, tests, and domains carry no per-item charge. A few safety limits stop a runaway agent from creating work without end:

How the free trial works
Every new workspace on the full product gets a 7-day free trial. It starts when you create the workspace. Website-only workspaces have no trial (see The Website plan below).
No credit card is required, and you won't be charged automatically. When the trial ends, nothing is billed unless an Owner or Admin chooses a plan.
You get the full product during the trial, including the included credits above.
The header counts down, for example "5 days remaining in free trial". In the last 24 hours a banner says "Your free trial ends tomorrow" or "Your free trial ends today", with Choose a plan.
If you subscribe before the trial ends, billing starts the day you check out. Remaining trial days are not added on.
What happens when a trial or subscription ends
When the trial ends without a plan, or a subscription ends, the workspace is frozen until an Owner or Admin chooses a plan.

Home shows a Free trial ended window that an Owner or Admin can use to choose a plan, plus a Billing settings button. Members see who to ask instead.
If a renewal payment fails, the workspace keeps working while Stripe retries the card. Owners and Admins see a banner, "Your payment didn't go through", with Update billing. If Stripe stops retrying, the subscription ends and the workspace freezes as described above.
Subscribe to Starter
Open Settings > Billing.
On the Starter card, click Choose plan.
Complete checkout on Stripe's page. Checkout accepts promotion codes.
Stripe returns you to Settings > Billing. The plan card now shows Active subscription and your renewal date.
If the workspace was frozen, the dashboard and your agent work again as soon as the subscription is active.
The Website plan
The Website plan is for website-only workspaces. A workspace is website-only when it's the first workspace of an account created from granvl's website sign-up page. Other workspaces aren't offered this plan; Starter already includes websites.
Building and previewing are free. No card, no trial, and the workspace never freezes.
Publishing needs a plan. To put your website live on your own domain, choose the Website plan ($5 a month, USD) or Starter.
Billing starts at checkout and renews monthly. There's no trial period on the Website plan.
If the subscription ends, the workspace goes back to free to build: you can keep building and previewing, and publishing needs a plan again.
On a website-only workspace, Settings > Billing shows two plan cards:

Subscribe to the Website plan
Open Settings > Billing. Choose a plan to publish on your website and Choose plan in the Home checklist take you there too.
On the Website card, click Choose plan.
Complete checkout on Stripe's page.
Back in Settings > Billing, the card shows Active subscription.
Open Website in the sidebar and click Publish.
Upgrade to Starter
Click Upgrade to Starter on the Starter card. Without a subscription, it opens Stripe checkout. On the Website plan, the plan changes right away on your existing subscription and the price difference is prorated. Starter unlocks the full sidebar, and your website stays as it is. See Build and publish a brand website.
Read the Billing page
The page has four cards.

Note: Tool credits don't appear on the Billing page. Check and buy them from the credits counter in the dashboard header or in Settings > AI / MCP.
Update your payment method
Open Settings > Billing.
Click Update payment method → (or Manage subscription).
Change the card in Stripe's billing portal.
Return to granvl. The Payment method card shows the new card.
Download an invoice
Open Settings > Billing.
In Billing history, find the invoice. Its status is Paid, Refunded, Pending, or Void.
Click Download ↓ to open the invoice from Stripe.
Cancel your subscription
Open Settings > Billing.
Click Manage subscription.
Cancel the subscription in Stripe's billing portal.
Return to granvl. The plan card shows Cancels at period end and "Your plan is set to cancel on" the end date.
You keep full access until that date. After it, the workspace freezes: published pages keep serving and leads keep delivering, but the dashboard and agent pause. To start again, click Choose plan in Settings > Billing.
Cancelling stops billing. It doesn't delete your workspace. To delete your account and its data, use granvl.com/delete-my-data or email [email protected].
