Settings holds the choices that apply to the whole workspace: members, brands, domains, tracking, spending limits, AI, keys, ad connections, and billing. Things that belong to one funnel, such as its lead delivery and qualification, stay on the funnel's own page.
Open Settings
Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
Settings opens on Domains. Pick another section from the rail on the left.
In a website-only workspace, Settings shows only Workspace, Brands, Domains, Storage, AI / MCP, Billing, Activity and Profile. See Find your way around granvl.
The rail starts with Home, which takes you back to the dashboard. Profile sits at the bottom of the rail, under Account. The workspace switcher is at the bottom and the brand switcher at the top, so check both before you change anything.
The header shows your trial countdown (during a trial), a Docs link to this Help Center, and two credit counters: verification credits and Tool credits. Click a counter to see its balance. Owners and Admins can buy more from there.
Some changes need the Owner or Admin role. See the roles table in Manage teammates, workspaces, and API keys.
Sections
Workspace
Rename the workspace, upload a workspace logo, see members and their roles, and invite teammates with + Invite teammate. See Manage teammates, workspaces, and API keys.
Brands
Manage each brand's products, audiences, funnels, and brand kit. See Organize work with brands and brand kits.
Domains
Add and verify the addresses where your funnels are published, and manage each domain's details. See Connect a custom domain.
Storage
One shared pool, 1 GB by default, for ad creative and page files. It shows what's used by ad images, ad video, and page files, and lets you Upload files. Published page HTML is hosted separately and doesn't count toward this allowance.
Tracking
Manage pixels and server-side conversion tracking for each domain. Tracking is set per domain and applies to every funnel on it. See Configure pixels and conversion APIs and Track Google Ads conversions with Google Tag Manager.
Ad Guardrails
Set hard limits on what agents can spend through granvl. Maximum daily budget caps any single budget granvl creates across all ad platforms, under a fixed platform ceiling of $200 a day. Per-account limits add a daily cap for each connected ad account. This page is marked Human-only: your agent can't change it. See Connect ad accounts and read performance.
AI / MCP
See your Monthly credits and when they reset, Usage this month by feature, and the full Credit history. Under Preferences, turn AI funnel analysis on or off (turning it on asks you to accept the data processing terms) and choose Generation regions. See Use Tool credits for research and generation.
Lead receipts
Turn Keep sealed receipts on or off, choose the Storage region (Canada or United States), and follow your recovery requests. This page is marked Human-only. See Recover undelivered leads with lead receipts.
API
Create and revoke API keys for agents and scripts, and Disconnect Zapier if you no longer use it. See Manage teammates, workspaces, and API keys.
Meta Ads
Manage Meta connections and assign ad accounts to your brands. See Connect ad accounts and read performance.
Google Ads
Manage Google connections and assign ad accounts to your brands. See Connect ad accounts and read performance.
Billing
Your plan, included credits, payment method, and billing history. See Manage your plan, trial, and billing.
Activity
See what your team and agents changed, newest first. Repeated actions are grouped. Filter by Everyone, Agent, or People, and by funnel. Click a row for the details.
Profile
Your name, email, role, account status, and the date you joined. Under Access & security: a link to your API keys, Change password (we email you a reset link), Sign out, and Sign out everywhere, which ends your granvl sessions on every device.
